The Parker honors the memory of local entrepeneur, beloved chef, and community leader KeVen Parker. Chef Parker carried on his mother’s legacy of nourishing the community through his award-winning restaurant, Ms. Tootsie’s on South Street, established in 1999. He is remembered as a generous soul whose kindness and delicious staples left a lasting impression far beyond Philadelphia.
Our team drew inspiration from KeVen’s Southern cuisine, incorporating warm hues into the common areas.
The little details throughout the building reflect his unique spirit, ensuring his legacy continues to inspire future generations.
